If this information is not included we may contact you asking for it. If you are unsatisfied with a product you have received, or if the product is in any way unsatisfactory please contact us and let us know. Under most circumstances we will be glad to either refund or replace the product for you, provided it is within its warranty period. To initiate a return shipment for either a refund or a replacement you will need an RMA number. You can receive an RMA number by requesting one from customer service. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:Thank you for viewing our Return (RMA) Policy. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact service@crazyape.com CrazyApe.com will not refund shipping on returns. CrazyApe.com will not accept any return without a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Requests for RMA numbers must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. To request an RMA number please email us: service@crazyape.com or call us: 1-888-577-0666 Do not return anything WITHOUT receiving an RMA number. Any products returned without proper RMA# will be assessed a 20% service and handling fee. RMA numbers are good for 10 days from the date of issue. Return shipping is at the Customers expense. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds or credits. All refunds and credits will be made via the original payment method. Due to our relationship with our manufacturers, if part of a product becomes defective, you have to return the whole thing to receive credit or a replacement. For replacements, once the returns department has received your defective product, CrazyApe.com will immediately ship your replacement (dependent on stock availability) to the same address as the original order. Please return your item (defective or otherwise) in the same packaging it came in. Include all packing material, manuals, software, and registration cards. Your RMA NUMBER MUST be written on the outside of the shipping carton. Radio Controlled items may be returned to Crazyape.com if still sealed in original package, within 30 days of shipment. After opened, returns will be routed through manufacturer. Remember to include the packing slip from your original order if you can. If you don't have it, just give us your order number. Please do not draw on the manufacturer's box. Instead, please write your RMA number either on your packing slip, or, if your item came packaged in a plain brown box or paper, simply write it on the outside of that packaging.
